- Steiner inspired school for students (aged 8-18) with special needs (ASD, ADHD, PDA, Anxiety and Challenging Behaviour.
• Building good relationships with the students, teaching support staff and other teaching staff was crucial to my success in this role.
• Re-engagement with learning was a priority therefore all learning activities were designed in collaboration with individual student’s interests, abilities and needs.
• Holistic approach to learning with Maths, English, History, Geography and Science embedded.
• The Feb 2016 OFSTED report gave specific praise for my teaching and the teacher student dialogue in student workbooks.
