- Steiner inspired school for students (aged 8-18) with special needs (ASD, ADHD, PDA, Anxiety and Challenging Behaviour.
•           Building good relationships with the students, teaching support staff and other teaching staff was crucial to my success in this role.
•          Re-engagement with learning was a priority therefore all creative learning activities were personalised to each student’s interests, abilities and needs.
•          Holistic approach to learning with Maths, English, History, Geography and Science embedded.
•          The Feb 2016 OFSTED report gave specific praise for my teaching and Assessment for Learning recorded  communication in students’ workbooks.

These were all later exhibited as part of the community contribution to 'The Joy of Making' exhibition at Wolverhampton Art Gallery (Feb - May 2012).
